www.leylandprincess.co.uk Retro Cars Show Retro Cars magazine held a show in July 2005 at the Santa Pod Raceway in Wellingborough. The Retro Cars stand featured cars that had or were to appear in the magazine. There was plenty of other retro-modded machinery on the stand also… During the afternoon a film crew appeared from the Men & Motors channel to do some filming for a new series call Used Car Roadshow, with Channel 4 motoring programme Driven host Penny Mallory. She talked to Retro Cars Editor, Paul Wager, about modifying older cars and what the appeal is about them. My car’s a star! and Penny thought it was a vast improvement on the Princess they used on the Driven series 3 years ago. Updated 3^rd July 2005.
